**Job Description**:
The Program Cost Consultancy of AECOM is currently seeking pragmatic, highly talented and experienced MEP Cost Consultant to provide cost estimating support. We’re one global team - over 50,000 strong - driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Complete estimating and cost planning requirements through pre-contract design phasesReview drawings and specification to determine Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing needs of the projectDetailed quantity take-offs of materials and labourAssisting in post
- contract change order review Review contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope of work and cost allowances for scope changes Review the scope specified within the proposal to ensure it is specification compliantReview labor rates to ensure conformance to the contract requirementsReview labor productivity to ensure that the labor hours are in conformance with Mechanical Contractors Association(MCA), National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) or contract working restrictions, overtime is appropriate, etc
