Our product has made waves in British Columbia and is working it's way across Canada. Known for our brand Highstreet, we produce the highest quality craft cannabis possible.

**Job description**

Production Assistant:
We are looking for dedicated people with a great attitude to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for proficient cannabis packagers and pre-rollers who are enthusiastic about the industry to come grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Milling and weighing cannabis for flower and pre-roll pack outs.
- Filling bags, and working with pre-roll machines.
- Record keeping of all transactions for inventory purposes.
- Filing out required documents correctly on a daily basis.
- Assist the cultivation team through harvests, trimming, and other duties as required.
- Responsible for maintaining quality product while reaching or exceeding daily quotas.
- Working with the Production Manager to ensure an efficient production line.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work space.
- Other Tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- High attention to detail.
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Prolonged sitting and standing.

Working Conditions:

- Hours of work: 8-10 hours a day on weekdays between 8am and 6pm, with flexibility to work weekends and over time as required.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to lift 25lbs independently.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to use computer based systems and mobile devices.

You are responsible for your own transportation to a rural job site, public transportation is not readily available.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
