Toronto Psychology Centre has a full-time position available providing administrative support and coordinating client care within a busy, friendly, and enthusiastic practice.

We are seeking an individual who wants to establish their career with us and who has the following qualities/skills:

- Exceptional client relation skills; respond to clients' inquiries patiently and sensitively
- Friendly, warm, kind, and enthusiastic
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and creatively solve problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; enjoys writing
- Highly organized, responsible, and reliable
- 5 years relevant experience

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Responding to client inquiries, screening, and matching new clients with a therapist
- Performing administrative tasks to support psychologists in the practice and contribute to the effective operations of the Centre (e.g., scheduling, maintenance of office files, drafting letters, preparing mailings, faxes, and scans, management of databases, basic bookkeeping, maintaining supplies inventory)
- Communicating and coordinating with other health professionals (e.g., physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists) to facilitate client care
- Maintaining the overall flow and function of the office and waiting room
