**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Fabricate and build products using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during assembly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in machining, assembling, or fabricating components.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- 3 years of experience in Truss Assembling.

Expected hours: 40 per week
