**What You'll Do**:

- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Tidy and organize spaces to enhance the overall look and atmosphere of the home.
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and make sure their needs are met.
- Offer exceptional customer service, addressing any client questions or concerns with professionalism.
- Manage cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed.
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning products and equipment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Great communication skills in English (extra languages are a bonus).
- A positive, friendly attitude and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
- Ability to work independently, stay on schedule, and manage tasks efficiently.
- A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and uphold MB Cleaning’s high standards.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week
