We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our Customer Service & Delivery Department. Working alongside our Manager of Operational Performance, you will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality of standards. Conduct data analysis, inspect and test our products while collaborating across departments to enhance quality and implement effective control procedures, your role will imperative to our operations and customer satisfaction

- Conducting inspections and tests on materials and products to ensure quality standards;
- Investigating quality issues and customer complaints using data analysis, developing solutions to prevent recurrence;
- Utilizing data analysis to identify trends and improve product/service quality;
- Developing and enforcing quality control protocols based on analytical findings;
- Documenting all inspection and test results for quality assurance;
- Collaborating with various teams to address and rectify quality issues;
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations;
- Communicating quality metrics and improvements to stakeholders effectively;
- Staying updated on industry standards and integrating best practices into quality processes;
- Results-oriented, with a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills in both English and French.

Nous recherchons un spécialiste du contrôle de la qualité pour rejoindre notre département Service à la clientèle et livraison. En collaboration avec notre responsable des performances opérationnelles, vous serez chargé de veiller à ce que nos produits et services répondent aux normes de qualité les plus strictes. Vous effectuerez des analyses de données, inspecterez et testerez nos produits tout en collaborant avec les autres départements pour améliorer la qualité et mettre en œuvre des procédures de contrôle efficaces. Votre rôle est impératif pour nos opérations et la satisfaction de nos clients

- Effectuer des inspections et des tests sur les matériaux et les produits afin de garantir le respect des normes de qualité ;
- Enquêter sur les problèmes de qualité et les réclamations des clients en utilisant l'analyse des données et en élaborant des solutions pour éviter qu'ils ne se reproduisent ;
- Utiliser l'analyse des données pour identifier les tendances et améliorer la qualité des produits/services ;
- Élaborer et appliquer des protocoles de contrôle de la qualité sur la base des résultats d'analyse ;
- Documenter tous les résultats des inspections et des tests pour l'assurance qualité ;
- Collaborer avec diverses équipes pour traiter et rectifier les problèmes de qualité ;
- Réaliser des audits internes afin de garantir le respect des normes et des réglementations en matière de qualité ;
- Communiquer efficacement les mesures de qualité et les améliorations aux parties prenantes ;
