Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is a division of Canada’s largest privately held hospitality company, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), and since its inception in 2007, we have gained a reputation for big mountain riding, legendary powder and an authentic Canadian resort town.
Job Summary
Revelstoke Snow School seeks to recruit and retain experienced, attentive, and enthusiastic employees to represent the Snow School as our first point of contact with guests booking lessons. Snow School Desk Agents assist with booking lessons, assigning instructors to lead those lessons and various administrative duties.
Essential Job Functions
- Answer guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Promote and book Snow School product sales
- Assist with assigning lessons in RTP
- Complete daily cash outs and reconciliations in RTP
- Assist guests with issues
- Provide guests with general resort and town information
- Assist management with administrative duties
- Assist other departments when requested
- General cleaning duties
- Other duties as required

Required Qualifications and Abilities
- One season experience in a ski industry, sales or guest relations position
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Cash handling experience
- RTP experience is an asset
- Ability to operate independently and integrate within a large team
- Demonstrated organization and detail focused skills
- Fluency in English, second languages are an asset
- Full time staff need to be available 4-5 days per week
