**Seasonal Maintenance & Groundskeeper - Camping Oceanic, Shediac, NB**
**May to end of October**

We are currently searching for energetic Seasonal Maintenance & Groundskeepers to join our team for the season at Camping Oceanic Seasonal Resort.
**Responsibilities**:
- Routine maintenance and minor repairs to property buildings, facilities and roads;
- All aspects of property maintenance - grass cutting, trimming, weeding, brush and leaf and debris removal;
- Ensure property is always presentable and inviting;
- Check condition of sites prior to and after guest occupancy;
- Maintenance of vacant sites - removal of trash and debris;
- Assist in preparation of special events and activities;
- Inspect and maintain recreational amenities to ensure proper safety standards are met, completing any minor repairs as needed;
- Follow safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site when completing tasks;
- Continuously provide strong customer service to prospective and current guests;
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in similar role;
- Ability to work in a team environment and with mínimal supervision;
- Ability to operate small maintenance equipment;
- Knowledge and ability to safely conduct basic maintenance on equipment used around the property;
- Strong problem-solving abilities;
- Hard working, reliable, and focused on providing exceptional customer service;
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset;
- Ability to prioritize daily work tasks and be able to adapt to changing priorities;
- Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in French and English required.

**Les responsabilités**:
- L’entretien courant et les réparations mineures des bâtiments, des installations et des routes;
- Tous les aspects de l’entretien des propriétés - coupe du gazon, parage, déversage, enlèvement de broussailles et de feuilles et des débris;
- S’assurer que la propriété est toujours présentable et invitante;
- Vérifier l’état des sites avant et après l’occupation des invités;
- Entretien des sites vacants - enlèvement des déchets et des débris;
- Aider à la préparation d’événements et d’activités spéciales;
- Inspecter et entretenir les installations récréatives pour s’assurer que les normes de sécurité appropriées sont respectées, en effectuant toute réparation mineure au besoin;
- Suivre les procédures de sécurité dans l’exécution des tâches, y compris l’utilisation sécuritaire des véhicules lors des déplacement d’un site à l’autre lorsqu’ils effectuent des tâches;
- Fournir continuellement un service à la clientèle solide aux clients potentiels et actuels;
- Autres tâches et projets assignés.
**Qualifications requises**:
- Expérience dans un rôle similaire;
- Capacité de travailler en équipe et avec un minimum de supervision;
- Capacité d’utiliser de petits équipements d’entretien ;
- Connaissance et capacité d’effectuer en toute sécurité l’entretien de base de l’équipement utilisé autour de la propriété;
- Bonne capacité de résolution de problèmes;
- Travaillant, fiable et axé
