**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Collecting rent & security deposits
- Scheduling & showing units
- Move-in & move out inspections
- Janitorial work in/out of building
- Coordinating and managing trades/consultants
- Dealing with tenant related issues
- Basic painting, drywall repair and plumbing when needed

**Summary of Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Able to read, write and speak English
- Basic operations of a computer and smart phone
- Customer service experience
- Previous Building Manager/Operator or related field experience
