Webb's Machinery is a six store New Holland dealership with locations in Vermilion, Vegreville, Lamont, Wainwright, St. Paul and Consort, AB. We specialize in agricultural equipment sales and service, and we are currently looking for a **PARTS TECHNICIAN** to join our team at our **LAMONT** location. Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for advising customers on their parts needs. This requires having a keen eye for details and striving to be a product knowledge expert ensuring the dealership provides each customer with a personalized service experience.
- Greet customers on the phone or in the Dealership promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Address customer questions/needs promptly and professionally.
- Identify parts needs of customer equipment based upon historical and customer driven data.
- Asks appropriate questions to ensure the parts requirements are diagnosed correctly.
- Provide repair and maintenance recommendations to the customer where appropriate.
- Advise customers of estimated costs and delivery/arrival time of parts (as required).
- Assist in verifying cost, price and totals of Parts Invoices and Repair Orders.
- Participate with an annual physical inventory counting of all items.
- Maintains required data for parts inventory, shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain periodical parts returns as needed; filing claims as directed by Parts Manager.
- Actively maintain the cleanliness of personal and team workspaces.
- Keep parts department forms, menus and pricing guides up to date.
- Ensure parts are labelled, inventoried and assigned correctly.
- Ensures all customer and inventory documents are completed accurately and expediently.

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma.
- Parts Technician Certification preferred.
- A fundamental understanding of equipment mechanical fundamentals.
- A fundamental understanding of local farming practices.
