**Who you are**:
We are looking for a dynamic Coat Check attendant to offer our guests reliable service and customer excellence. You will be responsible for greeting customers, offering assistance and taking the best of care of their personal belongings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Check guest coats/items and organize in an efficient manner in order to return items quickly and accurately.
- Maintain coat check area ensuring cleanliness at all times
- Be familiar with current and upcoming promotions
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor on duty

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Takes ownership of duties, shows initiative and is proactive
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand and lift coats repeatedly over the course of a shift
- Flexible: must be willing to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings as well as weekends and holidays based on the business needs.

**Horaire**: Plusieurs postes disponibles : Vendredi, samedi et dimanche de 11 h à 19 h, en semaine l'après-midi et le soir.

Nous recherchons un(e) préposé(e) au vestiaire dynamique pour offrir à nos clients un service fiable et l'excellence. Vous serez chargé(e) d'accueillir les clients, de leur offrir de l'aide et de prendre le meilleur soin de leurs effets personnels.

**Responsabilités**:

- Accueillir et aider les clients de manière chaleureuse et professionnelle.
- Vérifier les manteaux et les articles des clients et les organiser de manière efficace afin de les rendre rapidement et avec précision.
- Entretenir la zone de contrôle des manteaux en veillant à la propreté en tout temps.
- Se familiariser avec les promotions actuelles et à venir
- Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par le gérant ou le superviseur en poste.

**Exigences**:

- Être bilingue (anglais et français) et avoir 18 ans ou plus.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles et à l'organisation
- S'approprier les tâches, faire preuve d'initiative et être proactif.
- Compétences mathématiques de base
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent rapidement.
- Capacité à se tenir debout et à soulever des manteaux à plusieurs reprises au cours d'un quart de travail.
- Souplesse : il faut être prêt à travailler selon des horaires variés, y compris le jour, le soir ainsi que les week-ends et les jours fériés, en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
