**The Product Specialist is responsible for interacting with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. This is done through phone calls, internet leads or customers that walk into our store. The goal is to do business with each and every customer more than once. The primary responsibility is to provide each customer with exceptional service. This is done through demonstrating thorough product and inventory knowledge with solid understanding of all automotive services available throughout the dealership.**
