Relevant directement du Chef Exécutif et le Sous-Chef Exécutif, le Chef de Partie s'occupe de la préparation quotidienne des aliments et des autres tâches assignées pour répondre à la norme et à la qualité fixée par le restaurant.
- **Les tâches incluses sans se limiter à**:_
- Travailler de manière rapide, propre, assidue, intègre et professionnel
- Aider avec la préparation de la cuisine
- Préparation des aliments et ingrédients
- S'occuper de la préparation quotidienne des aliments et des tâches assignées par le Chef Exécutif ou le Sous-Chef Exécutif
- **Aptitudes et Qualifications**:_
- Cuisinier avec trois années expérience minimum en service à la carte
- Avoir des bases solides en cuisine italienne et française évolutive
- Flexibilité au niveau des horaires de travail
- Bonne connaissance des bases de cuisine
- Dois pouvoir évoluer en situation de stress, être rapide et constant
- L’utilisation sécuritaire d’outils de cuisine
- Pouvoir se conformer aux règlements de santé et de sécurité appropriés

- KITCHEN LINE COOK_
- **Position Profile**:_
Reporting directly to the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous-Chef, the Line Cook takes care of daily food preparation and performs other assigned tasks to meet the standards and quality set by the restaurant.
- **Duties include but are not limited to**:_
- Work in a quick, clean, consistent, honest, professional manner
- Help with the setting up and preparation of the kitchen
- Prepare food items and ingredients
- Take care of the daily preparation of food items and other tasks assigned by the Executive Chef or Executive Sous-Chef
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an à la carte restaurant
- Have solid base knowledge in Italian and progressive French cuisine
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Good base knowledge of the fundamentals of cooking
- Ability to adapt in high stress situations while working quickly and consistently
- Safe use of kitchen tools
- Ability to comply with proper health and safety regulations
