As Behavioural Interventionist you are a valued member of an interdisciplinary team behavior consultants, speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists. We are committed to continuous learning and conduct research to advance understanding and provide the most effective treatments possible. With the support of an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based treatment in our centres.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Work collaboratively with a team of behavior consultants, speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists
- Support treatment plans for clients with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Foster strong relationships with families and individuals with developmental delays
- Model appropriate behavior and provide positive reinforcement to children and families
- Deal calmly with situations that may involve challenging behavior and stressful circumstances
- Use excellent oral and written communication skills for completion of reports and documentation

**Here’s what you’ll need to be successful**
- Have interest in Psychology, special education, teaching, social work, or another related field
- You have Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development
- You have access to reliable transportation
- You have a flexible schedule (Monday to Friday) with availability 3:30 to 6:30pm
