**Job Summary**
Clintar is hiring a full-time Overnight Shop Laborer. Join our esteemed team in delivering top-notch service and ensuring our equipment runs safely and efficiently. Ideal for those who value safety, seek challenges, and adapt to a varied schedule, especially in the winter.

**Responsibilities**
- Timely maintenance, fueling and small repairs to machines
- Sharpening blades and greasing machines
- Loading and fueling all machines, trucks and equipment onto trailers.
- Ability to drive truck and trailer as well as skilled in reversing truck and trailer a must.
- Document maintenance activities meticulously
- Teamwork and adaptability
- Respond to emergency requests promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment used in the workshop. Ensure that tools are in good working condition.
- Highly motivated and able to work alone.

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to reverse and drive truck and trailer.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Some knowledge of small equipment repair ie: Sharpening blades, greasing machines and checking fluids.
- Knowledge of tractors and loaders a plus.
- Ability to follow weekly schedule exactly.
