Our experienced staff are focused on customer service excellence and delivering the optimal experience for the boating community on Southern Georgian Bay.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Polisher to join our team. As a Polisher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all surfaces are clean and polished to perfection. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a polished finish.

**Here’s What You’ll be Doing**:

- Washes Boat exterior cleans
- Applies wax to Hullsides or topsides and wipes, buffs or polishes surfaces as required.
- Cleans interior and exterior windows as requested
- Vacuums interior of vessels to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Assist with shrink wrapping boats in the fall
- Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the marina

- Ability to work independently and as a team to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and timely manner
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and excellent work ethic.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required
