**JOB DUTIES**:

- Preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units
- Constructing and installing prefabricated masonry units
- Building patios, retaining walls, garden walls, stone steps and plinths, and other decorative installations
- Cutting and trimming bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools
- Reading sketches and blueprints to complete jobs
- Place steel reinforcing and grout in cavities or cores to build external walls
- Waterproof masonry, Install pre-cast hollow core floor slabs
- Remove and replace existing masonry work for alterations or restorations
- Assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolding
- Rigging and hoisting equipment

**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in stone masonry field
- Valid Driver’s Licence/ Drivers validity check

**WORK CONDITIONS**:

- Handling heavy loads
- Physically demanding
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, crouching, kneeling

**Salary**: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
