We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Spray Foam Insulation Helper to join our team. As a Spray Foam Insulation Helper, you will work alongside experienced technicians to assist in the installation of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the setup and preparation of job sites for insulation installation.
- Handling and maintaining insulation equipment and tools.
- Assisting in the cleanup of job sites after insulation installation is complete.
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or insulation installation is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
