As an MSP IT Technician with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing technical support and innovative solutions to their IT needs. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring that it operates smoothly and securely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain clients' IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations
- Monitor and proactively manage clients' systems to ensure optimal performance and security
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for clients' data
- Manage and monitor clients' cloud infrastructure, including Office 365 and Azure
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and be the first point of contact for any technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- College program or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role or technical experience which may include co-op, school projects, etc.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and computer hardware
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
