JOB PROFILE - BANQUET CAPTAIN

**REPORTS TO**: Banquet Manager / Banquet Coordinator

**ROLE**: Assistant to Banquet Manager, Third in command in department, to create memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff.

**MEASUREMENT**:

- Ability to coach standards in a positive manor
- Teamwork
- Ability to bring passion, creativity and desire to have fun to work
- Is fully trained on Banquet Manager's role and responsibilities
- Able to take on Banquet Manager's role due to illness or vacation
- Understands and practices all booking procedures
- Fully understands and follows all sales procedures
