**Focus**:
As an Entry Level Architectural Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for promoting our innovative exterior aluminum cladding solutions to developers and architects. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth while building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and proactively engage with architects, developers, and other industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with architects on early and late-stage conversions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, addressing their specific project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the architectural and construction industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs to identify new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
- Knowledge or experience in the architectural or construction industry is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
