Si oui, nous avons l'opportunité parfaite pour vous Le Programme accéléré des Services aux entreprises a été conçu pour former les banquiers commerciaux de demain Notre programme de rotation de 12 mois vous offre les possibilités, soutenues par un coach, dont vous avez besoin pour apprendre, pratiquer et appliquer les compétences requises pour réussir en tant que gestionnaire de relations dans le monde trépidant de la banque commerciale. Chaque rotation vous permettra d'acquérir une expérience pratique dans un secteur d'activité différent de la banque commerciale.

Le Programme accéléré des Services aux entreprises propose des rotations uniques dans des domaines tels que la distribution sur le marché intermédiaire, la banque immobilière, Roynat Capital, l'agriculture, le crédit-bail et la gestion des risques mondiaux. Le Programme accéléré des Services aux entreprises dispose d'un Senior Program Manager dédié qui fournit un mentorat, un coaching et un développement individuels pour assurer une transition réussie dans et hors des rotations et vous préparer à lancer votre carrière en tant que banquier commercial à la fin du programme.

Grâce au Programme accéléré des Services aux entreprises, vous acquerrez les compétences suivantes pour réussir votre transition vers un gestionnaire de relations et un banquier commercial d'exception
- La capacité d'initier, de développer et de maintenir des relations mutuellement bénéfiques avec les clients commerciaux afin de soutenir avec succès les activités de rétention et de croissance.
- Une compréhension approfondie des méthodes pour construire et maintenir un profil interne et externe afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de soutenir la croissance des revenus au sein d'un portefeuille de clients.
- La capacité à effectuer une analyse, une structuration et une présentation efficaces des propositions de crédit pour un portefeuille de relations d'emprunt et de non-emprunt très complexes et/ou personnalisées.
- La connaissance de techniques et d'outils sophistiqués pour vous aider à identifier les besoins commerciaux des clients et à fournir des solutions appropriées.
- Une connaissance approfondie de la conformité, des politiques de gestion des risques, ainsi que de la documentation juridique et de sécurité.
- Une fois le programme terminé avec succès, notre gestionnaire de programme senior travaillera en étroite collaboration avec vous pour identifier un poste stimulant et compétitif au sein de la Banque Commerciale.

**Apprentissage et développement**
Le Programme accéléré des Services aux entreprises vous fournira une base approfondie de la banque commerciale par le biais de:

- Mentorat - nous sommes passionnés par votre réussite et, en plus du soutien fourni par votre directeur de programme, vous aurez également un mentor pair, un formateur de rotation et un mentor de secteur d'activité pour soutenir votre développement.
- Introduction à la banque commerciale et présentation des partenaires - Les rotations dans les secteurs commerciaux tels que la distribution, l'immobilier, Roynat Capital, et avec des partenaires clés tels que Global Risk Management vous permettront de développer rapidement un solide réseau à l'échelle de la banque.
- Formation commerciale - Vous apprendrez des processus de vente commerciale éprouvés, vous disposerez des outils de vente et de gestion des relations avec les clients dont vous avez besoin pour vous mettre à niveau et créer de la valeur pour le client.
- Formation analytique - Elle comprendra l'analyse financière, les produits et services, les outils et la technologie.
