Fire Safety Parts

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Supplier Management**:Engage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of fire safety parts and materials.
- **Purchase Orders (POs)**:Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- **Material Selection**:Assist in selecting appropriate materials for various fire safety jobs, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.
- **Technical Support**:Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
- **Scope of Work**:Understand and define the scope of work for each project, identifying and sourcing any specialty materials as required.
- **Scheduling**:Coordinate and schedule technicians for job assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely project completion.
- **Customer Communication**:Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on job status, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Leverage your experience and knowledge of the fire safety industry to inform decisions and improve operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a fire protection technician or in a similar role within the fire protection industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, parts and materials.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and other team members.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Pay for this position is negotiable upon assessment of experience._
Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
