IT Technician

Maple Leaf Masonry Supply is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing technical support to our in house staff along with other divisions, assisting with the installation and configuration of our software and hardware, troubleshooting and maintaning operation system, maintaining and expanding our network and ensuring proper security protocals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in systems and network support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, troubleshooting skills and problem-solving skills are required.
- Extensive Computer skills
- Must be able to troubleshoot issues on a PC from a variety of backgrounds including but not limited to: Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux.
- Must be able to use standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at a time.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.

Minimum experience needed in the following areas.
- Physical Networking
- 3rd Party Services and Agreement
- Network Topology
- Server/ Printer/ Scanner Maintenance
- Technical Support
- Website Management and Support

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
