We are seeking a skilled Pre-Fab Framer to join our production team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, cost-effective construction solutions.

**Position Overview**:
As a Pre-Fab Framer, you will play a pivotal role in our assembly line production process, responsible for constructing and assembling building components according to specifications. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards in the production of prefabricated building materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Framing Assembly_: Construct and assemble building components such as walls, floors, and roofs using specialized tools and equipment on the assembly line.
- Read Blueprints:_ Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, drawings, or specifications to accurately assemble framing components.
- Quality Assurance:_ Perform quality checks to ensure components meet required standards and specifications before moving to the next phase of production.
- Efficiency and Speed_: Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Collaboration_: Collaborate with team members, including supervisors and quality control personnel, to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process.
- Safety Compliance:_ Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: Prior experience in construction, framing, or assembly line production preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in framing and construction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings accurately.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.

Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

Certifications: Any relevant certifications or training in construction or framing is a plus.

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
