**Description de l'emploi**:
Le titulaire contribue à la réalisation des objectifs de rendement individuels et de l'équipe en vendant des solutions aux clients désignés et potentiels dans un secteur industriel donné, dans une zone géographique ou pour un secteur d'activité particulier. Il fait appel à ses excellentes capacités de communication et à sa connaissance approfondie des produits et des services pour créer des solutions à valeur ajoutée qui sont conformes aux stratégies de vente de Postes Canada et aux orientations d'affaires de la clientèle. De concert avec des personnes-ressources de Postes Canada, il évalue les risques et les possibilités de croissance de la clientèle, établit des conventions de vente pertinentes et élabore des plans d'action pour assurer le maintien et l'augmentation des revenus de vente.

**Responsabilités professionnelles**:
Voici les principales exigences et responsabilités liées au poste de Représentant, Solutions d’affaires.
- En utilisant les techniques de vente consultatives, atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de revenus individuels et de l'indice de valeur pour la clientèle (IVC) à l'échelle nationale. La clientèle est composée de clients d’un secteur industriel donné, dans une zone géographique ou pour un secteur d'activité particulier, dont la valeur générée ou estimée correspond à des revenus mínimaux préétablis.
- Élaborer un plan de vente annuel en fonction du quota de vente établi et apporter les correctifs nécessaires en vue d'atteindre les objectifs. Surveiller les activités liées aux cycles de vente ainsi que les indicateurs de rendement pour déterminer le potentiel à long terme de chaque client et mettre au point des plans d'action particuliers de manière à générer de nouvelles occasions d'affaires.
- En établissant des relations avec les décideurs principaux dans chaque secteur de l’exploitation des clients, déterminer et évaluer leurs besoins, mettre au point de nouvelles manières de les intéresser et de maintenir cet intérêt au cours du processus de vente et promouvoir la valeur supérieure et les avantages des produits et services de Postes Canada, et ce afin de leur proposer la solution qui leur convient le mieux.
- Consulter les personnes-ressources au sein de Postes Canada afin d’évaluer les risques et les possibilités de croissance que présentent les clients, et en tenant compte des tendances dégagées ainsi que de la situation financière et du plan d’entreprise des clients, élaborer les contrats de vente appropriés selon l’analyse coûts-avantages effectuée des possibilités de vente. Surveiller et réviser les contrats de vente et faire les redressements nécessaires au type et au niveau de service au besoin.

- Rester en contact avec les personnes-ressources au sein de Postes Canada et travailler de concert avec elles à faciliter la résolution des problèmes liés aux clients, à élaborer des stratégies et à mettre en œuvre des plans d’action précis, afin de minimiser les pertes et d’assurer le maintien et la croissance des revenus de vente.
- Préparer et exécuter des présentations efficaces à l'interne et à l'externe, et rédiger des propositions de vente et des analyses de rentabilisation réussies ainsi que des communications internes efficaces.
- Saisir tous les renseignements sur les appels de vente effectués, notamment les noms et coordonnées des personnes-ressources, le marché et la concurrence, et en assurer la gestion et la mise à jour dans la base de données de la Société.
- Acquérir et entretenir une bonne connaissance des produits et des services de Postes Canada ainsi que de leur valeur, afin de vendre des solutions à la fois novatrices et appropriées qui ajoutent de la valeur aux opérations des clients et pour accroître les possibilités de ventes croisées et de ventes supplémentaires. De plus, posséder une connaissance des opérations et des procédés de livraison de Postes Canada ainsi que du secteur d’activité du client et du marché concurrentiel dans lequel il évolue.

**Critères d’admissibilité**:
Formation
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires (une expérience équivalente, tel que défini ci-dessous, pourrait être acceptée au lieu d'un postsecondaire)

Expérience
- Au moins quatre années d'expérience dans le domaine des ventes commerciales interentreprises.
