Nous recherchons un Partenaire d'affaires Ressource Humaine (PARH) pour notre équipe RH mondiale en pleine croissance dans le cadre d'un modèle de service partagé. Le PARH sera chargé de fournir un soutien général en matière de ressources humaines aux employés et aux managers. Le poste est axé sur le développement des capacités des personnes, la mise en place d'une culture de haute performance et le renforcement des investissements dans les personnes. Initialement, le poste sera fortement axé sur l'acquisition de talents, mais le titulaire sera responsable de toutes les activités locales en matière de ressources humaines.

Responsabilités:

- Responsable du recrutement du début à la fin, y compris la planification, l'élaboration des descriptions de poste, le développement des profils de poste, la publicité, les entretiens, les contrats de travail, la maintenance du système SIRH et les activités de marque (salons de l'emploi/foires universitaires de l'emploi) et l'intégration dans l'entreprise.
- Point de contact pour les relations avec les employés pour tous les employés et managers. Soutenir les responsables locaux et le directeur des ressources humaines dans toutes les questions relatives aux ressources humaines, y compris la préparation des promotions, des rémunérations, des changements de poste, des demandes de congé, des mesures disciplinaires, des licenciements, etc.
- Résoudre les problèmes interpersonnels liés au travail entre les employés et participer aux enquêtes pouvant donner lieu à des mesures disciplinaires ou à un licenciement. Veiller à l'égalité et à la cohérence du traitement conformément à la législation et à la politique de l'entreprise.
- Coordonner et soutenir la mise en valeur continue des capacités des personnes et supporter les processus RH connexes, tels que l'évaluation des performances, les objectifs, l'évaluation des talents, l'évaluation de la rémunération et les enquêtes sur l'engagement. Mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation et d'autres mesures approuvées en matière de développement et d'engagement.
- Travailler en partenariat avec les gestionnaires pour établir des indicateurs de performance clés et des objectifs pour l'évaluation des employés avec l'aide du Vice-président Finance et Opération en relation avec l'objectif de l'entreprise.
- Gérer les contenus du manuel et des politiques de l'organisation pour l'ensemble des employés.
- Travailler en partenariat avec Total Rewards en vue d'évaluer la couverture de l'assurance collective pour tous les employés auprès de Manulife.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes de l'entreprise pour élaborer de nouvelles politiques d'entreprise, au besoin.
- Gérer l'ensemble de la documentation, des rapports et des exigences administratives en matière de ressources humaines, y compris Workday (SIRH).
- Rechercher des opportunités d'amélioration et de nouvelles initiatives dans le cycle de vie des employés qui s'alignent sur la vision et la mission des RH.
- Soutenir et collaborer avec les autres membres et activités de l'équipe RH. Faire partie de l'équipe RH mondiale en vue d'un apprentissage et d'un développement réciproques.
- Peut effectuer d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

Expérience:

- Connaissance et expérience approfondies des ressources humaines, notamment en matière de droit du travail, de rémunération, de planification et de développement de l'organisation, de relations avec les employés, de santé et de sécurité, de formation et de développement.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale bilingue (français/anglais).
- Avoir fait preuve de créativité et de stratégie pour attirer et engager des talents techniques.
- Capacité à gérer des priorités multiples et parfois concurrentes.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, à être motivé et proactif.
- Volonté de collaborer pour obtenir des résultats (à la fois avec l'équipe RH mondiale et les opérations locales).
