**About the Role**:
PI Fine Art is looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to manage the afternoon shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves leading a dedicated production team, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. It offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on production outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Production Operations:_ Oversee and manage production activities to meet schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Team Leadership and Development:_ Train, guide, and coach production staff to encourage teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance:_ Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing safety regulations and addressing potential hazards.
- Drive Production Efficiency:_ Optimize workflows to increase productivity, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality.
- Quality Control:_ Monitor and uphold product quality through regular checks and quick issue resolution.
- Collaboration:_ Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:_ Address production challenges promptly to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in a production leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Production Supervisor).
- Post-secondary education in manufacturing, engineering, or business.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience in process optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Technical Tools and Proficiency**:

- ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
- Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data tracking and analysis.
