Hockey Scout- Recruitor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Hockey Scout-Recruiter to join our team. As a Hockey Scout-Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating talented hockey players for recruitment purposes. Your expertise in the sport and ability to assess player skills will play a crucial role in our team's success.

**Duties**:

- Attend hockey games, tournaments, and events to scout potential talent
- Evaluate players' skills, performance, and potential for growth
- Identify and recruit talented hockey players for our organization
- Build relationships with coaches, trainers, and other professionals in the hockey community
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the hockey industry
- Provide feedback and recommendations on player development strategies
- Collaborate with team management to develop scouting plans and strategies

**Skills**:

- Extensive knowledge of the game of hockey, including rules, strategies, and player positions
- Strong observational skills to assess player performance accurately
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with players, coaches, and team management
- Ability to analyze player strengths and weaknesses objectively
- Passion for the sport of hockey and a desire to contribute to player development
- Ability to swim (optional)
- Ability to educate players on skill development techniques (optional)

We offer competitive compensation for this position. This is not an internship position; all positions at our organization are paid.
