**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
This role is vital for supporting Tundra's operations and ensuring efficient clearance processes within the Integrity Ground Disturbance Group. The position involves processing Click Before You Dig (CBYD) and One-Call tickets related to ground disturbances on Tundra's leases and rights-of-way. Key responsibilities include curating and maintaining the locate library, coordinating packages for field crews to enhance operational efficiency, and minimizing duplicate locates for construction projects. Additionally, the role requires reviewing locate materials from utilities and third parties to identify and rectify any discrepancies in existing records, updating mapping as needed, and compiling digital construction packages for applicants. This comprehensive set of duties ensures that ground disturbance activities are managed effectively and accurately, reinforcing Tundra's commitment to safety and operational integrity.

**REPORTS TO**: Asset Integrity Manager
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
- Process Clearance Requests: Receive and submit CBYD tickets on behalf of internal departments at Tundra.
- Maintain Tracking System: Develop and uphold a computerized tracking and filing system for all clearance requests.
- Coordinate Third-Party Clearances: Request and schedule timely locates from utilities, oil companies, railways, municipalities, and other third parties.
- Prepare Digital Construction Packages: Compile comprehensive ground disturbance construction packages that include:
- Responses from CBYD and utilities
- Reference maps created using ArcMap, AutoCAD, GeoVerra, AccuMap, or Promonitor
- Previous locate data from internal files (if available)
- Necessary crossing and proximity agreements
- Curate Locate Library: Organize and maintain the locate library for all Tundra locations.
- Act as Ground Disturbance Coordinator: Fulfill the role in the Ground Disturber Locate Process workflow.
- Provide Complete Locate Records: Ensure accurate and consistent locate records for each internal construction project, updating as scopes change based on field activities.
- Compile Up-to-Date Digital Records: Gather current and historical data for locations, including:
- Previous sweeps from the locate library (if available)
- All relevant mapping from ArcMap, AutoCAD, GeoVerra, AccuMap, or Promonitor
- Applicable crossing and proximity agreements
- Review and Validate Materials: Examine materials received from CBYD and locates against existing maps, noting discrepancies for the project manager's investigation.
- Research Well Files: Conduct searches for information in current and abandoned well files.
- Provide Map Updates: Keep other departments informed with updated maps as necessary.
- Perform Additional Duties: Undertake other related responsibilities as required.
**WHAT YOU NEED**:
- High school diploma with Business/Office Administration education or equivalent work experience
- Experience with various GIS or AutoCAD mapping programs such as ArcMap, AutoCAD, GeoVerra, AccuMap, Promonitor is considered an asset
- Ground Disturbance Level II, and SAIT Global Operations & Maintenance Training - Safe Digging Course would be considered an asset
- Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience of related office administrative experience required.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite program, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
- Understanding of the Dominion Land System is required. (LSD-Section-Township-Range)
- Experience with various GIS or AutoCAD mapping programs such as ArcMap, AutoCAD, GeoVerra, AccuMap, Promonitor is considered an asset.
- Oil & gas industry knowledge would be considered an asset.
