Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. Your attention to detail and strong time management skills will ensure that our spaces are clean and presentable for both staff and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed
- Follow safety procedures and properly handle cleaning chemicals
- Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors

**Skills**:

- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting
