**Professional Excavators & Construction Inc.** currently has an immediate opening for an experienced **Rubber Tire Roller Operator **in our Paving Division.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years’ experience working as a Rubber Tire Roller Operator
- Ability to operate a roller in a safe and appropriate manner
- Ability to compact asphalt to proper depth and smoothness
- Ability to identify deficiencies in the mat behind paving crew and notify the foremen
- Willingness to assist crew in all other paving activities.
- A knowledge of proper machine startup, shutdown and maintenance
- Physical strength and coordination
- Ability to work safely and to stay alert at all times
- Ability to pass mandatory Drug and Medical Screening
