**Join Our Team**: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to become a vital part of our production team in Westlock, AB. As a Bagger/Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow and integrity of our production line, ensuring that our high-quality standards are met with every product that leaves our facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Handling**: Efficiently manage the receiving and shipping of ingredients and finished feeds, adhering to company standards.
- ** Equipment Operation**: Operate machinery daily, including tasks that involve climbing ladders and working at various heights.
- ** Quality Control**: Maintain constant vigilance regarding product quality, conducting physical and NIR testing on ingredients and finished feeds.
- ** Maintenance & Housekeeping**: Perform routine housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks to uphold our facility’s standards.
- ** Inventory Management**: Handle product reception into M3, LIMS, and WEM systems, and manage daily bin dips, monthly inventory, and shortage reports.
- ** Safety Compliance**: Strictly adhere to safety and food safety protocols as per Trouw Nutrition guidelines and other regulatory bodies (CFIA/HACCP/SGS).

**Team Collaboration**:

- ** Company Standards**: Collaborate with all team members to uphold the integrity and standards of the company.
- ** Customer Relations**: Foster courteous and professional relationships with customers and co-workers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- ** Production Support**: Work closely with production staff to establish order priorities in line with manufacturing requirements and incoming products.
- ** Visibility & Communication**: Provide clear visibility of all production aspects to other departments, facilitating effective communication and workflow.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2-3 yrs. experience in a grain facility, mill or manufacturing industry
- Class 5 license an asset
- Forklift and skid steer experience is an asset

**GOOD TO KNOW**
- Full-time; Shift Work Rotation; Overtime as required; Permanent.
- ** Ability to work shift work is a MUST.**:

- ** Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend and twist, open and close lids, climb ladders and work at heights, and lift 25 kgs.**:
