There is no doubt that our Cinema Attendants are passionate about the movies With their love and knowledge for film, they provide outstanding customer service to all guests whether it is selling yummy popcorn, providing details on show times, or recommending a featured film Our Cinema Attendants are flexible, not because they are doing yoga, but because they are available to work evenings, nights and days

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell tickets, make and sell popcorn and offer goodies to guests including the Sale of alcohol.
- Oversee Escape Room events, clean and reset puzzle rooms.
- Knowledgeable about new feature films and provide guests details about show times and prices, while being courteous and professional.
- Ensure the security of all cash, receipts and tickets.
- Keep the box office up to date with new movie listings and posters
- Maintain cleanliness of entire concession stand including cooking equipment, counters, shelves, glass display cases, condiment areas, preparation areas and stock rooms.
- Clean and maintain the exterior and interior areas of the theatre and escape rooms including auditoriums, restrooms, lobbies, concession areas, box office areas and Puzzle Rooms.
- Assist with daily inventory tracking with a strong attention to detail.
- Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
- Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest and business needs.

Skills and Experience
- Strong interest in films and film culture.
- A knack for puzzles.
- A friendly outgoing personality.
- Previous cinema or other guest service experience is an asset.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Previous cash handling and POS experience.
- Alberta Pro-Serve certification is required.
- Must already be in Banff to be considered for employment.
