Form & Function has been serving amazing patients since 2009 inside of the Unionville Athletic Club located at the Hilton Suites in Markham. Our active population clientele is dedicated and friendly which makes your job so much easier during a busy day. We handle all bookings and paperwork. We utilize state-of-the-art EMR systems, tele-rehab solutions, and HEP systems to increase adherence and engagement with our patients. We are constantly evolving with new evidence-led technologies, best practices, and modalities to keep really raise the bar with our patients

What we need from you:

- Great interpersonal skills
- A deep desire to get better at your craft
- Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team
- A personal following existing patients or social media following is a asset

Hours: Flexible in the week with existing patient load.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clinical: 2 years (preferred)

- Chinese (preferred)
