We're seeking an enthusiastic **Trainees - Mobile Insurance Advisor** to join our dynamic team

**Who are we looking for?**

**About the job**

You will spend your first few months in training, studying for your Level 1 Knowledge Exam and learning all about the insurance industry. Once you obtain your Level 1 General Insurance License, you will be assigned a region (Vancouver, Richmond or Burnaby) where you will work with dealerships to build a book of clients and sell Auto/ICBC coverage along with other insurance products. This is a **base + commissions **role where earning potential is in your control. Stratis will cover your licensing and training fees.

- Individuals wanting to kick start a career in the insurance industry
- Valid BC Driver’s License with a reliable vehicle
- Able to work weekends (days and evenings with overtime eligibility)
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, retail are all considered an asset
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to manage your time efficiently

**Compensation**

The hourly rate for this position starts at $20.00 per hour. Once you obtain your Level 1 General Insurance License, your rate will increase to $21.00 per hour and you will be eligible for commissions.

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
