Duties:

- Perform alterations and repairs on clothing items
- Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fit
- Sew, stitch, and hem garments using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Replace buttons, zippers, and other fasteners as needed
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific tailoring needs
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for garment modifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a tailor or seamstress is preferred
- Proficient in basic math skills for measuring and calculating fabric requirements
- Familiarity with different types of fabrics and their properties
- Knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
