**_Seeking an inside sales person with flexible hours in a pleasant, business atmosphere._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers and ensure they receive a tanning experience specifically tailored to their individual needs by educating them on the tanning process, benefits of skin care products and the value of our services
- Maintain the cleanliness standards of the salon set by a list of cleaning duties and tasks
- Answer the telephone courteously
- Respond to customer inquiries or ensure a response via salon manager
- Use sales skills to communicate product information regarding memberships and tanning products to ensure customer's needs and meet sales goals
- Direct customer service problems or special requests to the salon owner/manager as needed
- Complete cash handling procedures
- Adhere to all salon policies and procedures
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Retail background preferred
- Must be comfortable engaging customers in a sales environment
- Team oriented with a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service background
- Minimum 6 months experience in a service/retail/hospitality industry preferred
- Able to anticipate problems and recommend solutions
- Identifies opportunities to improve salon and work environment
- A people person that makes strong relationships with customers. Customer service is so important in this industry.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10/15 per week

**Salary**: $16.75 per hour
