**Lake Lenore Co-op** is hiring an **Agro Manager** at our Agro location in **Lake Lenore, SK.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the Agro team in a manner that demonstrates day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and brand.
- Manage the Agro department in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and programs, including ensuring compliance to all legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee talent acquisition, engagement, performance management and succession planning for the Agro location.
- Ensure the procedures for the delivery of merchandise and chemical/fertilizer are adhered to.
- Maintain accurate inventories, complying with proper classification and authorization of invoices.
- Develop and administer action plans to achieve the desired results of the business plan.
- Provide leadership and direction in the development and achievement of operational and financial results including sales, margins, expense, inventory and SPEH for your department.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who you are**:

- You have a Grade 12 education.
- You have a degree or diploma in Agriculture or Agribusiness.
- Professional certifications (CCA, PAG) or working towards is an asset.
- You have a valid Class 5 Driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Strong agricultural background in sales, accounts management, and agronomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and the ability to manage computer files efficiently.
- Effective interpersonal, leadership and communications skills.
- Motivation and ability to work in a busy environment.
- Effective planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain relationships outside of the organization that supports the organization.
- You are honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
