**Role Description**

Youth Services provides support to homeless youth ages 16-21 as well as parenting teen moms and their children. Staff members support youth to reach personal goals and to have a satisfying and meaningful life in the community.

Within this role, you will work to improve overall health, well-being and level of community engagement of young moms living at Youth Services in Regina's Place, community Moms and their children. Services to clients include program planning, social/recreational programming, positive parenting teaching, life skills teaching ie: cooking and linkages with other community services.

**Qualifications**
- Working towards ECE Diploma or related studies
- Experience working with youth and children
- Works well in a team setting and independently
- Must provide a valid current Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Knowledge of child development
- Excellent communication, team-building, negotiating and problem-solving skills
- Some knowledge of community resources for families
- Fluency in French and/or a language in addition to English is an asset
- Must be between the ages of 15 to 30 years old
