**Job Description**:
**WHAT'S THE JOB?**
Select duties and responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of annual Total Rewards processes, such as survey completion, market analysis, merit, short-term and long-term incentive pay cycles, including planning, execution, change management, communication, and training.
- Collaborating with the Director, Total Rewards and HR Services Centre team to administer compensation and benefits programs, identifying and driving enhancements and efficiencies in systems and processes.
- Conducting research and analysis to support the development of Total Rewards programs and policies including base pay, incentive pay, benefits, vacation, job architecture, and job evaluation.
- Prepare Total Rewards and Human Resources financial modeling and forecasts for annual budgeting and year-end cycles, as well as program changes or modifications with cost-benefit implications.
**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- College or university education in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR) designation is an asset.
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst.
- Previous proven experience maintaining Total Rewards Programs.
- Experience in a large, multi-faceted public organization is considered an asset.
- Advanced to expert level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook skills.
- Experience with systems implementation projects is an asset.
