**Territory Coordinator at Dispomed**

The Territory Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination of technicians' activities. Working closely with operations teams, this is a crucial role in optimizing resources, customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals. The coordinator must ensure that technicians are assigned to the appropriate interventions, within the agreed deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality of service.

**What to expect in this role**
- Develop schedules for technicians taking into account operational constraints, customer priorities, and the technical skills of each technician.
- Carstock management and inventory
- Customer Route Planning
- Assign interventions to technicians in a way that maximizes their efficiency while minimizing downtime.
- Ensure the follow-up of ongoing interventions, ensuring that they are carried out on time and in accordance with quality requirements.

**What you need to succeed**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in operations management, logistics, scheduling or administration
- Animal Health Technology/Technician, Veterinary Technician/Technologist college program
- Knowledge of planning tools and resource management software.
- Fluent in French (asset)

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Attention to detail and orientation towards quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

12 months contract with a strong possibility to become permanent

100% remote work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
