**Responsibilities**:

- Assess clients’ fitness levels and design individualized exercise programs to meet their specific goals.
- Provide one-on-one or group training sessions to clients over the age of 40.
- Educate clients on proper form and technique to reduce the risk of injury and maximize results.
- Motivate and encourage clients to help them stay on track and achieve their goals.
- Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust their programs as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in the fitness industry, particularly related to older adults.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization such as ACE, NASM, or
ACSM + valid CPR & First Aid.
- Impeccable professionalism, attitude, time-keeping, and attention to quality service is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds.
- Knowledge (or passion to learn) of anatomy and physiology as they relate to aging and exercise.
- Ability to perform physical assessments and design safe and effective workout programs.
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle.
- Working Hours: Flexible scheduling is available based on client demand.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Retention bonus
