Regina, Canada Steel-Craft Door Sales & Service Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, shipping/receiving, and performance metrics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
