**Required - Immigration Case Analyst**

Required immigration case analyst for a busy immigration firm in Mississauga.
- **Job Description include but are not limited to**:_
- Understanding a variety of immigration processing categories and requirements for each category;
- Collecting information and documentation from the applicant or client, and ensuring that communications are responded to within 1 business day
- Checking for updates on processing requirements and timelines at the appropriate government organizations;
- Making the appropriate revisions to drafts as instructed and obtaining approval from the applicant or client upon finalization;
- Updating and maintaining internal Client Management Software system on a daily basis to ensure that all communication records are updated and organized; and
- Notifying clients of upcoming extensions, and changes in processes or procedures.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- University degree or college diploma in arts or business
- Minimum 1-year experience in the following areas - Refugee claim, Refugee Appeal, H&C, and PRRA.
- Excellent communication skills - experience managing effective and timely communications, thus ensuring the highest quality of customer service;
- Ability to listen, empathize, build rapport and connect with prospective clients, as well as the ability to set and manage client expectations;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain healthy client relations;
- Demonstrated expertise and efficiency with case management, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Type**: Full Time

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm

**Salary**: Will commensurate with education and experience

**Salary**: $15.58-$24.98 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
