**Wage**:$20-$23/Hour

Terroni Sud Forno Produzione e Spaccio is our open concept central kitchen, wine and specialty foods shop and full service restaurant. In this unique and beautifully designed space, customers can eat and drink while overlooking the kitchen as our chefs and cooks are busy making breads, pastries, pastas and other goods for our locations and for purchase at the storefront. It is a lively environment where wine, food and the theatrics of production meet.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Consult with customers and assist with wine selection and purchases
- Wine Inventory & Cellar maintenance
- Wine Inventory stocking & control
- Assist & participate in staff wine education
- Heavy lifting required (up to 20kg)

**Qualifications**:

- Hardworking and punctual
- High energy & ability to successfully multi-tasking
- Passion for Italian food and wine
- Personable and friendly demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player and ability to nurture strong working relationships
- Professional appearance with good personal hygiene
- WSET Wine Specialist Certification or equivalent an asset
