HIRING POSITIONS FOR: Shift Lead/Key Holder - FULL TIME ASSOCIATE

Some of the required skills we are looking for:

- Quick-thinking skills to use the best judgment in fast-paced environments
- Independence to work alone without extensive direction
- Teamwork skills to collaborate and lead the sales team
- Strong interpersonal skills to create relationships with both customers and the team
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maneuver around a sales floor, and stockroom, and keep these areas organized
- Naturally driven and motivated to achieve sale goals and help team make sales goals.

A day in the life:

- Greeting and assisting customers
- Closing the store, including closing the till at the end of the day.
- Woking with cash and card payments on Shopify POS.
- Providing feedback to employees and answering questions to improve productivity
- Restocking inventory, and reordering supplies and products when needed
- Using equipment specific to the industry, like shoe stretching and shoe care.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers
- Creating strategies for increasing store sales

There are many duties you will be doing, some daily, some weekly, some monthly.

**Salary**: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC V3R 7C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
