**Primary Responsibilities**

Reporting to Operations Manager, Dispatchers are responsible for having a high degree of customer service while coordinate bookings. The identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue, able to deal with drivers issues, help drivers when needed and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Emergency Telecommunications Graduate preferred
- 1-2 years of Dispatch or Call Taking experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Work and Excel
