The Tiger Analytics team is looking for a BI Program Manager to deliver innovation and tools to global business teams. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with technical teams and interact with internal clients.

**Job Duties**
- Analyze business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processes
- Communicate data architecture to development teams
- Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met
- Deriving KPI's
- Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards
- Consolidate existing reports
- Partner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions
- Manage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvements
- Partner with Business Analysts to bring new scalable solutions to business functions
- Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality
- Collect, organize, manipulate, and analyze data from a variety of enterprise databases in support of business case development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5-10 years experience as a BI Program Manager or a related role.
- Recent track record in using the methods and tools of program management.
- Understanding of complex systems and databases.
- Good understanding of Pharma data sets.
- Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and statistics
- Ability to articulate the pros and cons of various technologies and platforms and architectural options
- Excellent knowledge of Business intelligence and reporting tools in PowerBI.
- Experience in AWS-S3 for sourcing data
- Experience in Life-Science Data
- Good in problem-solving, storytelling and stakeholder management
- Consulting experience is highly preferred
