Au cours des 20 dernières années, la Section de Common Law à la Faculté de droit de l’Université d’Ottawa est devenue un chef de file national et mondial dans de nombreux domaines. Notre faculté est la seule à offrir un diplôme en Common Law tant en français qu’en anglais, et elle compte parmi les plus accomplies du pays. Qui plus est, nous sommes engagés et nous valorisons la participation du public. Nous entretenons par ailleurs de solides liens avec le milieu juridique d’Ottawa ainsi qu’une relation particulière avec la Cour suprême du Canada.

Nous faisons figure de leaders en recherche, dans la profession juridique et au sein de notre communauté. À tout moment, les membres de notre faculté peuvent être appelés à témoigner devant un comité parlementaire, à commenter l’actualité à titre de spécialistes ou à prendre part à des débats d’intérêt public sur les sujets de l’heure. Nous sommes la faculté de droit la plus citée dans les médias nationaux. Bourses et subventions

3. Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour les étudiantes et étudiants ayant besoin d’aide financière. Assurer la liaison avec le service d’aide financière de l’Université. Organiser des séances d’information à l’intention de la population étudiante en ce qui a trait aux différentes bourses.

Ce que vous apportez:
- Connaissance de l’administration généralement acquise au cours d’études postsecondaires et de trois années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.-
- Connaissance des programmes scolaires aux niveaux secondaire, collégial et universitaire (premier cycle et cycles supérieurs).Expérience de la recherche et de l’analyse de données et de la préparation de rapports administratifs et statistiques.-
- Expérience de la résolution de problèmes et du processus décisionnel.-
- Expérience de la mise en œuvre de stratégies et de plans d’activités à l’intention des étudiantes et étudiants.-
- Expérience de l’élaboration des cadres de mesure du rendement (établissement des objectifs, cibles, indicateurs d’évaluation et de rendement).-
- Excellentes aptitudes en matière de communications, de relations interpersonnelles et de leadership, tout particulièrement pour les activités de consultation, d’analyse et de rétroaction.-
- Capacité de gérer des priorités conflictuelles et de respecter des échéances strictes dans un environnement très dynamique.-
- Solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles, excellent jugement et souci du détail.-
- Expérience de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), du traitement de texte, de Windows et d’Internet.-
- Expérience du système d’information scolaire de l’Université et des outils électroniques liés à l’admission.-
- Capacité d’écoute et solide éthique de travail.-
